It is a day like any other, the sky is blue, the houses and the trees are all in the right place. You notice someone on the street; you follow his regular movement on the pavement. He speaks and gestures and you can even distinguish his lips moving. Sounds and voices add to this picture of normality and, in this world of certainty, you tell yourself that everything is logical. You keep looking and suddenly it seems that a wall made of glass rises between you and him, something breaks. Nothing changed, but all is different. And all this calm blend of gestures and words vanishes making space for the pale face of serious concerns. Suddenly you feel the earth slipping beneath your feet, and a genuine panic overwhelms you. Then it painfully dawns on you… There is a wall that you will never cross in your lifetime. And that you simply don’t understand and you never understood anything.
