I am constantly fascinated by what’s forgotten, abandoned, thrown away or consumed, by the places or the objects left behind. I appreciate the permanent idea of impermanent. Everything evolves, grows old, gets sick, dies, and then somehow comes to life again – this may be the only chance to ignore death and decline. Somewhere between humans and nature stand the objects as symbols of the social appurtenance. Going on this adventure, among spaces and objects, I discovered the drama, the history and hopes of human kind. Inside the empty houses, among the ruined walls, behind old doors or in the rusted signs and broken, dusted windows I realized the greatness of all things human kind created and left behind. Within their hidden spirit, in the life of those deserted spaces, I found the wealth and poorness, hope and despair, joy and sadness. Seeing how time passes and forgetting of the human activity fascinate me, haunt me and continue to be on top of my inspiration sources.
